Scope of Work:  The Denali Commission (Manager) is providing $287,500 in FY12 FTA Section 5309 SAFETEA-LU funds to the City of Ketchikan (Recipient) for the design phase of the subject project. The City of Ketchikan is providing $287,500 to meet the required match. Denali Commission funds and other project funds will be managed by the City of Ketchikan.This design project will include the design, geotech work and permitting for a Drive Down Ramp at Bar Harbor South, a project which will include an approximately 50 ft by 120 ft float, an attached crane, the associated piles and dredging work, a 140 ft transfer bridge, a pile supported approach dock, the associated utility work and lighting, and the repair and relocation of an adjacent net float.
