Scope of Work:  This award provides $190,396 for development of a Conceptual Design Report (CDR) and 35% design for a new, code-compliant, flood-protected bulk fuel storage facility, including a business plan for participants, in Pilot Station, Alaska. The participants in the bulk fuel storage tank farm and business plan are Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AVEC), City of Pilot Station, Pilot Station Native Corporation, and the Lower Yukon School District. Amendment #1 provided an additional $450,000 for a complete design. The project was completed under budget and Amendment #5 reduced the award by $118,235.
