Scope of Work:  Denali Youth Initiative trains unemployed and undereducated young people to obtain their GED or high school completion, (as well as recent graduates) and to give them basic work, education and skills training to meet educational goals and prepare them for entry level positions in the in-demand industries of construction, maintenance and operation. This amendment will change the scope of work from serving youth ages 16-24 to also include serving adults ages 18 years and older, who need training and who will be immediately employed after training in this priority order: Priority #1: Constructing or managing a Denali Commission investment Priority #2: Any other public infrastructure development.
