Scope of Work:  This award provides funding to complete final design and initiate construction activities to replace the bulk fuel storage facilities in the community of Pilot Station, Alaska. The facilities will include capacity for approximately 455,000 gallons for diesel fuel and gasoline, riverside marine headers for connection to fuel delivery barges, an approximate total of 4,000 feet of new fill pipelines for the two fuel products, spill response equipment, retail sale dispensing equipment, and city services dispensing equipment.
