Scope of Work:  This project will construct a 60-foot steel and concrete public dock (60’x 35’) within the existing St. Paul Small Boat Harbor. The location of the dock will be adjacent to western side of the public boat launch. The location ties directly into the public right-of-way and is designed for public uses. The dock will be owned by the Aleut Community of St. Paul (Tribal Government) and operated as a public dock. Beneficiaries of this investment will include resident commercial, subsistence and recreation vessels and Bering Sea commercial vessels transiting and/or working in the St. Paul area. The public dock provides an intermodal transport connection for local and transient vessels using St. Paul commercial and community services, including stores, vessel repair services, airports, hotels, and health centers, etc.
