Scope of Work:  This project will design a reconstruction solution for the City of Bethel east timber wall section of the existing city dock structure along the Kuskokwim River. The work will include scoping and preliminary engineering; environmental, permitting, right-of-way clearances and final PS&E/bid documents to replace or otherwise repair the deteriorated east timber wall of Bethel’s city dock face. The existing wall is deteriorated with fractured and/or displaced timber facing boards and potentially displaced or rotated steel pile connectors.
