Scope of Work:  The Denali Commission (Commission) is providing up to $2,000,000 to the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) for program planning, design, implementation, evaluation and construction of health-related projects throughout rural Alaska. The terms of this grant will comply with the FY 2010 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ANTHC and the Commission. The MOU sets forth negotiated rates to be charged for projects directly managed by ANTHC for the Commission, as well as those managed under pass-through arrangements with subgrantees. The MOU is hereby incorporated by reference.
