Scope of Work:  The purpose of this work is planning, design and construction of mooring points in various locations in Alaska. Design at each site will include an outline of reasonable alternatives, approved by the Commission, for marine transfer needs and a record of public involvement that includes a community resolution from each community providing their responce to the proposed project. Real estate needed for the project will be identified and interest/transfer acquired for execution by the local governments. Final designs will include plan, specification and estimates as well as all approved local, state and federal permits and applicable construction bid documents. Construction will be executed though IDIQ contactors or competitive bid contracting processes.
