Scope of Work:  This Construction project will replace 71 deteriorated finger floats in the Thomas Basin boat harbor and repairs to an existing access ramp foundation and bulkhead. The existing floats are about 45 years old; the new floats will be constructed with pressure treated wood which will reduce deck cleaning and maintenance for users.
