Scope of Work:  Design Harbor Improvements that will improve and expand the community's existing boat harbor. The focus is to improve the harbor within its current boundary through a combination of shoreside access improvements and rehabilitation, basin dredging to improve navigation and expand capacity, and potential harbor entrance channel dredging to improve harbor access.
