Scope of Work:  Denali Commission is providing $1.6 million in Section 1934 SAFETEA-LU funds to the City of Ketchikan for the reconfiguration and rehabilitation of Casey Moran Harbor. The project will provide additional moorage by reconfiguring the floats in a more efficient layout and allow for greater separation distance between moored cruise ships and smaller vessels that utilize the Casey Moran Harbor.
