Scope of Work:  Study of engineering and economic feasibility issues related to relocating, rebuilding, and/or running underground sections of the electric distribution line from the Seward Highway to 184 metered locations in Hope. Area is prone to extended power outages. Rugged terrain and avalanche hazard make repairs difficult. Initial construction activities also to be undertaken.
